About the baker
I have always had a passion for fine food and baking, but never thought my taste for the finer things in life would lead to tackling one of the most challenging pastries to make.
Never one to back down from a challenge, I started making variations of macarons, sampling them at local Bay Area patisseries and soon enough, I had discovered a new talent.
With the help of my Sweet Alibi, my newly born daughter Sophia, I took on this challenge with passion, care and attention to detail. Soon, my passion became my career and I started to sell my macarons!
Sweet Alibi is a company inspired by the desire to provide the highest quality and best tasting macarons, while showing my daughters that anything is possible. There is nothing better than homemade, especially when it comes from the heart.
